She has led high-volume enrollment operations across multiple campuses, designing and implementing systems that move families from inquiry to enrollment with consistency and accountability. Her background includes optimizing inquiry-to-seat conversion systems, training front office teams to deliver high-impact first impressions, building structured enrollment processes that perform under pressure, and managing enrollment targets, capacity forecasting, and retention strategy. With additional experience in Michigan public school systems and as a licensed home daycare owner, she brings a full-spectrum understanding of enrollment, from early childhood through K–12.
